Note: Please note that copies of the following papers need to be sent to Segara Village 30 days prior to the wedding, to arrange formalities as requested by the Civil Registry of the Republic of Indonesia:
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Letter of Baptism
- Certificate of Divorce (if any of you have been married before)
- Certificate of No Impediment to Married in English and Indonesian from country of origin
- Eight (8) photographs (6×4 cm) of the couple in same photo. Photo must be of the head and shoulders only, side by side, looking straight ahead. Be advised that these photos will be attached to your wedding certificate
- For Catholic Couple must also present:
Letter of Delegation issued by Parish Priest or Official Church
